Russian
providers of mineral fertilizers are capable not
only to satisfy completely domestic demand but even,
in addition, to export their production to the sum
estimated $2 Billion. However, by now, domestic
deliveries (to Russian agricultural sector) decreased
10 times compared with Soviet period owing to the
lack of solvent demand. For the first 9 months of
1999 the enterprise produced 1.33m tones of ammonium
and 453,100 tones of carbamide. Notice that 84.4%
of produced carbamide (382,300 tones in recalculation
to 100% N) were exported in 1999. The greatest importers
of the carbamide were Mexico (110,300 tones to the
sum of $28.2/ton), Honduras (100,200 tones to the
sum of $26.9/ton), and Brazil (78,800 ton to the
sum of $32.8/ton). IN mid-September 1999, at Moscow
technical conference of IFA (International Association
of Producers and Consumers of Mineral Fertilizers)
was held, first time in Russia/EX-USSR; this fact
demonstrates that Russia has a good reputation at
world fertilizers market.

turboprop civil and military purposes. More than
1100 An-24s were built. Approximately 880 An-24s
remain in commercial service. The An-24 is also
refered to as th An-26 in a slighty different
version of the An-24.
